Refund / Return / Exchange Policies:
We stand by the quality of products we create. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will definitely do our best to make things right for you. We have both exchange and return store credit options available. You must raise a return or exchange request by emailing us at email@example.com within 4 days of receiving your parcel or by filling the Return/Exchange request form. Based on eligibility, your purchase must be shipped to us OR a reverse pickup can be organized within 4 working days of receiving the request.
We offer return/replacement of products purchased via charismomic.com within 4 days of delivery of the order. However, there are certain products specified as “Non-Returnable” on the Website in the Product description, for which we do not offer return/replacement. Please refer to the return policy mentioned under the ‘Shipment and Return’ section of the product detail page to check if the item is eligible for return. All items returned or exchanged must be unused, with no stains and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. We expect to receive the goods in the same condition you would have expected to receive them.
What should I do if I receive a damaged / defective / incomplete / wrong item from Charismomic?
For any defective, damaged, incomplete, wrong items delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. Please share the images with the original labels, tags intact along with the invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate the case and reply within 48 hours with the best available resolution.
** Any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the item shall not be entertained under any circumstances
Why has my return request been declined?
This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. For more details, please call our customer care or email us on email@example.com
What are the non-returnable products?
- Gift vouchers issued by Charismomic
- Lingerie, innerwear, and swimwear
- Baby shower gowns
- Skin care products
- Food items
- Clay and ink frames
Non-returnable products can only be returned if there are manufacturing defects attributable to, and accepted by charismomic after due verification at its sole discretion. You may initiate a request for returning such non-returnable products via the website www.charismomic.com within 48hrs from the date of delivery of the product.
Are there any charges applicable for reverse pick up?
A nominal charge of ₹129 will be charged towards return pickup and customers shall take responsibility to handover the goods to the logistics agent at the prescribed pickup time. The store credit of Rs 129 with the refund amount in form of coupon code shall be shared with you barring the shipping charges which can be availed on your next purchase.
When can I return the product?
Please get in touch with us within 4 working days from the date of receiving your order.
Products returned after 5 working days of receiving will not be accepted back.
Am I entitled to a refund/exchange if I have shopped during a promotion/scheme/offer?
You shall be entitled for an exchange if the product is available in stock. However, please note that in case of promotions/schemes, you are only eligible for a size exchange for the same product. For return & refund of products purchased during any promotional offer/scheme/sale, you shall be entitled to a proportionate refund of the total amounts paid by you.
Can I exchange the existing product with a new product?
Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or different size. For receiving the newly exchanged item, please cancel the current order and place a new order.
What is the returns procedure?
To return/exchange your order, please follow these steps.
- Call our Customer Service on +91 63646 55554 between 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. (IST) from Monday to Saturday. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please mention your name, order number & the reason for return. You can also raise a Return/Exchange request by filling the Return/Exchange request form.
- Once your return request is validated over phone, you will need to self-ship the goods or ask for a reverse pick up back to us at the below address. Courier charges for return shall be borne by the customer.
- Charismomic provides a reverse pick up service for a fixed fee of Rs.129. Company will add this amount to your store credit or will provide a coupon code which can be availed during your next purchase. For any reason, reverse pick up is not valid at your pin code, you will need to courier the items back to us on the address mentioned at the bottom on this page.
- After receiving the package, we will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance Team, we will exchange the product as per your wish OR issue a refund code for the same amount.
- Each product return ticket will be closed within 10 working days of our receiving the return package from you.
Please ensure the below while returning products to Charismomic:
- Ensure your order number, name, and phone number are clearly mentioned on the parcel.
- Ensure the parcel is shipped to us within 3 working days of raising concern and the tracking ID is shared with us. Please make sure a proof of postage with tracking information is obtained & maintained, as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. A return package remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with tags intact. Once your return parcel is received via reverse pick-up or self-courier and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and quality approval or rejection status. In case of an approved return, coupon code shall be provided to you with a validity of upto 6 months. In case of exchange, the exchange item will be sent out to you within 3-5working days.

Terms & Conditions for Return:
- The final decision on whether an item returned will be approved or rejected lies completely with Charismomic’s Quality Assurance Team & discretion of its management.
- The items returned will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
- The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return shall not rejected and the item sent back to you (at your request).
- PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED, OPENED OR SOILED CONDITION.
- If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a store credit / coupon code for the same value. (Validity for redemption is six months from the date of issue).
Product exchange shall be accepted within 4 working days after delivery. Once your return package is received via reverse pick-up or by self-ship and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and the exchange product requested by customer will be sent out. Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. For placing order for an exchange, please cancel the current order and place a new order request.
NOTE : Exchange is allowed only once per order. Orders exchanged cannot be exchanged or returned again. Store credit may be provided if applicable.
Please follow these steps to raise the request:
- Fill the Return/Exchange form.
- Once the product is received at our warehouse and passes the necessary quality checks, we will ship the exchanged item to you. Please note that if the exchange size is not available at our warehouse, we will contact you to convert your exchange into store credit or refund, as per your preference.
- In case you face any size issue with the exchanged product as well, please note that we will not provide a further exchange. You may self-ship the exchange back to us, and we will process store credit/coupon code (excluding Shipping and/or COD charges) as per your preference.
- Kindly note, in order to maintain hygiene standards, we do not allow exchange of Skin Care and jewellery products, unless you receive a wrong/damaged product. In case you receive a wrong/damaged product, please drop a mail to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product to process an exchange/return.
We provide a Credit note/store credit of the FULL AMOUNT which is valid for 6 months for your next purchase. Customers can buy any other product available on the website against that store credit code within 6 months. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive the product and validate the return. Please note that if the exchange size is not available at our warehouse, we will contact you to convert your return into store credit or refund, as per your preference.
Will I get a full cash refund on return of order?
- Charismomic does not offer cash refund.
- Once a payment has been made & product(s) are delivered, customers can return the products to us in case they are unhappy with the same.
- We are happy to exchange the product for you or issue a store credit/ coupon code valid for 6 months.
- Cash refunds may be offered at the sole discretion of Charismomic, only if we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned. Refund will be initiated only after we receive valid bank account information of the purchaser along with a valid proof of identity.
