It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Our courier person will hand over the package to you only once the payment has been made. Please do not accept any package if it is tampered.

All orders worth ₹999 or above, will be shipped free of cost. For orders below ₹999, a nominal charge of ₹89 would be applied.

We will try to attempt delivering your order upto three times; each attempt on a consecutive day. If you have missed the delivery please do not worry, we will try to make a delivery attempt again.

We do accept international orders.

Few places are not covered for COD by our delivery partners. Any inconvenience may kindly be regretted.

We ensure that an Order ID is confirmed only once our bank receives the payment from your bank. Sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, technical reasons the amount might be debited from your bank yet not credited to our bank. Please email us at care@charismomic.com and we shall try sorting it out for you.

Kindly mail to us on care@charismomic.com. Cancellation of orders is accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.

Customers opting for self-shipping option shall be offered with a refund amount as coupon code/store credit. If you have returned all the products in your order, you will be refunded the entire shipping charges. If you return the order partially, the shipping charges will be refunded only on a pro-rata basis.

To be certain if the product is non-returnable or not, you can refer to the disclaimer provided in the Returns tab provided on the Product Display Page.


Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, please reach out to our customer service team immediately to initiate a request for refund.

We will initiate full refund as store credit with a validity upto 6 months.

Once the Return ID is generated, we will share the scheduled pick-up date. We shall also notify you of the estimated refund date as soon as the Return ID is generated.


Currently, we pick up products only from selected PIN Codes.

Customers are entitled for an exchange if the product is available in stock. However, please note that in case of promotions/schemes you are only eligible for a size exchange for the same product.

The refund coupon code/store credit shall be valid for redemption within 6 months from the date of issue. During your next purchase, you can apply the respective code at the payment stage on our website.

You can pass on the code to other family members. Kindly update us if you intent to transfer the coupon code by emailing us on care@charismomic.com. Please note the validity of the coupon cannot be extended.

If your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the return item via any reliable courier partner to the below mentioned address. Kindly note for reverse pick up a minimal of ₹129 is charged. Shipping charges and the refund amount will be credited back as coupon code. The details will be mailed to you once the return order is evaluated.
