Shipping & Cancellation Policy

INDIAN CUSTOMERS

Majority of our products are shipped out from our headquarters & central warehouse located in Bangalore, but it could also be from any other location of our choice. Shipping is currently free for all orders value at ₹999 or above within India. For orders below ₹999 a nominal charge of ₹89 is applicable. Once your order is processed and dispatched it is usually delivered within 7-10 working days. We undertake two rounds of quality check before any items leaves our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL Customers:

We offer free shipping for all orders above ₹25,000. A flat charge of ₹1,500 applies for all orders valued at ₹24,999 or below. Customers located outside India are liable for all import duties, customs clearance charges, taxes, if any, levied by the country/destination mentioned in the shipping address. Such additional charges if necessary to release your order from customs on arrival shall be the customer’s responsibility. International shipments shall be delivered via UPS, Aramex, Fedex, DHL or equivalent. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We do not deliver on bank holidays or national holidays or state specific holidays. In this case you should expect your delivery the following working day.

TYPICAL DELIVERY TIMELINE

Normal shipping periods are 5-7 working days. However, we understand you may have scheduled maternity shoots, baby showers, travel plans or family events etc. We offer priority delivery in such cases at an extra charge. In such cases, kindly contact us on care@charismomic.com.

TIMING/DAY OF DELIVERY

Our logistics partners will deliver your parcel on weekdays Monday to Saturday (between 7:00am - 8:00 pm). We do not deliver on bank holidays or national holidays or state specific holidays. In this case you should expect your delivery the following working day.

NOTE: In exceptional circumstances, such as acts of nature, pandemics, extreme weather conditions, strikes, unfortunate accidents or unforeseen technical glitches, we may not be able to ensure timely delivery. We may require additional time and effort in such cases. However, we assure you that we will do our best to deliver your order at the earliest.

TRACKING OF ORDER

Once dispatched, Charismomic will send you an order dispatch confirmation email with the tracking ID of the courier it has been sent by.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the courier carrier’s name and your consignment tracking number. You can use the tracking number to keep track of your order.

Non-availability of the customer on Delivery:

Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package upto three times before it is returned it to our warehouse.
We strongly suggest a valid mobile number is provided at the time of purchase, which may help in handing over the package to you at the earliest.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS :

Cancellation of orders is permitted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
